Start with your own context
Your stated priorities and the sources you have chosen matter more than a generic behavioural rule.
You've been putting things off, dropping a routine or finding it harder to return to what matters.
This is what thoughtful, permission-based support could look like in an ordinary moment.

Perhaps you tell Signal that you feel yourself slipping into an old pattern. Or, with permission, it notices that a routine you chose to share has changed. A single missed walk, late start or quiet afternoon is not treated as a problem.
Signal brings the relevant context together. Spiral describes the pattern you want to watch; Speedo shows whether its direction or pace is changing. Signly might offer one small next move: open your saved walk, take a short break, return to one task or contact someone you trust.
You choose. If you say “not now”, Signal defers. If you say “not for me”, that preference is respected. The aim is to help you interrupt a downward trajectory without turning your life into a stream of reminders.
“You've had a few quieter days. Would one small change help today?”
An illustration of the experience, not a live prompt. These are different responsibilities working together. The person stays at the centre and every action remains bounded by permission.

Signal brings together permitted context. Syntax helps find what matters without treating an isolated event as proof.
Spiral describes the downward pattern. Speedo gives a view of direction, pace and progress using explicit measures.
A small, chosen action can act as a STRIKE against the downward trajectory. The person decides whether it is useful.
If an action is approved, Snap carries it out within its permission. Proof distinguishes an offer from an executed and verified result.
A pattern is not a diagnosis. Signal must preserve uncertainty, allow correction and respect silence. No response is not consent, and repeated prompting must not wear down a refusal.
The Speedo’s bounded trajectory output is designed to go to SOCme only. Raw routine details, private context and the wider ambient stream stay outside that channel; no other service receives the Speedo output.
