Service performance
Availability, service quality, incidents, response, recovery and agreed outcomes.
ORGANISATION SPACE
Organisation-level views of services, people, teams and outcomes, with every view limited by role, purpose and each person’s choices.
ORGANISATION OVERVIEW
Company administrators manage organisational services, roles, operational health and agreed measures. Personal information is not automatically included.
Availability, service quality, incidents, response, recovery and agreed outcomes.
Only fields and analysis each person has authorised for this organisation and purpose.
Aggregated reporting with minimum cohort thresholds and suppression to reduce re-identification.
Purpose, scope, recipient, expiry, withdrawal and evidence of authority for each disclosure.
BY PERSON
A permitted person view shows only fields and analysis the individual authorised for this organisation and purpose. The person can see access, correct information and withdraw future access. Private memories, conversations, personal support details and unrelated sources remain outside the company view.
BY GROUP
Group reporting uses approved measures and cohorts. Small groups are suppressed; filters cannot be combined to reveal an individual. Aggregation is not a loophole around consent.
ANALYSIS
Company analysis covers service performance, workload and agreed outcomes. Individual-level analysis is available only where specifically authorised, relevant and disclosed to the person. No hidden psychological profiling or inference from private personal data.
SERVICES
Service owners inspect availability, incidents, integrations, evidence, delivery and recovery. Each connector and report has an owner, purpose, classification and lifecycle.
CONSENT AND ACCESS
Consent is recorded per person, purpose, data category, recipient, scope and duration. Company policy cannot silently override personal choices. SOCme must enforce ConsentX decisions at every read, analysis, export and disclosure.
Review ConsentX ↗REPORTS
Reports identify definitions, population, source, freshness, missingness, transformations, consent basis and exclusions. Export and scheduled delivery require separate permissions and audit receipts.
